Shipping policy

TURNAROUND TIME

Due to the nature of our business we require 10 business days for custom/personalized orders.  We will email paper proofs for you to approve PRIOR to production for final approval.  Once we receive final approval the order will be produced and completed within 3 business days.  Non-custom order will be completed within 3 business days of receipt.

 

SHIPPING

Upon completion your order ship via USPS or UPS.  The tracking information will be emailed upon shipment.

If you select local delivery those items will be complete and ready for pickup/delivery next business day.  We will email you as soon as the order is ready to arrange delivery.
